New album, new drummer, and new attitude: System Overload is a hard-working Texas rock band with something to prove.

Since the band's formation in 2003 System Overload has released 2 albums, obtained a plaque on the nationally renowned Curtain Club Wall of fame, received national press from magazines such as Substream Music Press, had their song "Parasite" featured on the "Behind the Suit and Tie" movie soundtrack, and toured relentlessly with a diverse group of national acts which includes Hell Yeah, Drowning Pool, Red, Ill Nino, Nonpoint, 12 Stones, Trust Company, Switched, Flaw, Element Eighty, Cinder Road, Faktion, Allele, Silent Civilian, Bloodsimple, Bobaflex, Five Bolt Main, Bury Your Dead, Rikets, Ankla, Droid, Fair to Midland, Miser, Hydrovibe, Egypt Central, Black Tide, A New Revolution, Midnight to Twelve, Dry Kill Logic, Six Feet Under, Full Blown Chaos, Psychostick, Within Chaos, and Marc Rizzo. Currently, the band's singles "Subside" and "Acid Rain" can be heard on 102.1 the EDGE in Dallas and Big Dog 106 in Beaumont, TX.

With the release of "Turn the Hourglass" and the addition of Paul Brown on drums System Overload is the strongest it has ever been. Be looking for these guys in your town as they embark on their summer and fall tour in support of their newest cd.
