DRIVIN (pronounced “driven” not “drive in”) is a Kamloops B.C. metal band that blends groove-boned Thrash with dynamic Death Metal insanity. The music is both progressive yet traditional, merciless and unyielding, capable of incurring a wide range of emotions without sacrificing the original goal of making completely brutal metal for fans who want to mosh.
DRIVIN is a highly motivated band that stands for integrity within the underground music scene as well as within their song structure, always striving for innovation vs. fitting the mold. The songs are lyrically well thought out and encompass matters of Satanism, drugs and alcohol, insanity, death and violence. The band works towards having no restraints when writing new material and values total creative freedom.
