West Bound:
West Bound is a lovely young woman with a potty mouth who grew up under the weight of a big dream. That dream was to somehow, someday leave Plantation behind her and make the 10-mile move to Fort Lauderdale. Once she'd humped every ear in that place, she packed up her car and, dodging a tornado and Catholic guilt, carried her light across this great country to Los Angeles.
Currently living her dream, West Bound lives constantly with the fear that she may have to move back one day. A bit of a pessimist -- for all of her spunk -- her name is a constant reminder to work hard so that she never has to live in suburbia again.
DJ Don't Make Crossroads Deadly:
Crossroads Deadly was once a fat 8th grader with a guitar and an eye for the ladies. Every night he would take a pencil and mark his height out on the door frame in his bedroom. Standing 5'2" at age 14, he would chew his lip and hope against hope that he could shoot up another inch or two. Well, one hot July night North Bound decided to get down on his knees and pray. And would you believe it? He woke up to find that he stood 6'3" tall. "Oh DJ Don't Make Crossroads Deadly" people always say, "could you reach up and grab me that phone book off the refrigerator?" And guess what? He can!

Terremoto Wombat believes that creativity is NOT an accident, but rather the glorious consequence of living a lie. Originally called Kamikaze Butterfly, Terremoto Wombat is a loose group of acquaintances in the South Florida and Los Angeles area that records dazzling, mind-blowing original songs that are based on dirty thoughts. TW finds that dirty thinking is often interesting thinking. "Terremoto" means earthquake in Spanish. It's a cataclysmic event that literally rocks the world the way this band means to rock your pants. A wombat is a furry little creature that inexplicably makes people feel happy. The pairing of these terms describes Terremoto Wombat's contribution to the world. We rock your pants and make you happy -- inexplicably. Yay Terremoto Wombat! We are so awesome.

Terremoto Wombat recently helped me through a particularly nasty case of Gout. They rocked so friggin' hard that they were able to break up the uric crystals that had accumulated in my big toe.
This feat has not been accomplished by any band since Junkwaffle broke up, which is both shocking and delightful. And then more shocking.
