Another year and another Global gone by! Another wicked one i might add to that. Got to see most of the acts we wanted to see. Was gutted about the acts we didn't get to see but thats the way it goes sometimes. We waited around for about two hour at the mix mag tent for Switch to come on but due to technical difficalties it never happend. So Switch never played but they managed to sort out the problems in time for D.Ramirez's set and he didn't fail to deliver. He did a wicked set and played the sort of tunes that all those Switch fans, that had been waiting around for so long, wanted to hear. Was definatley a highlight of the weekend for us. We never got to see Micky Slim either as he was on first and after lots and lots and lots... of queing, we had no chance of making it. So if you did get to see Micky Slim, we wana hear all about it. So, proper gutted we never got to see Micky Slim or Switch, the two people we were most looking forward to seeing but on the plus side we saw loads of wicked sets. Pete Tong live on Radio 1 was ace, Kissy Sell Out, loved it, Dave Guetta and the Red Arrows! Eddie Halliwell never fails to deliver and we think Paul Van Dyk might desevse a mention. He played a brilliant set and we wont forget the three numtys that climed the tent and got the music stopped! Boooo! All the sets we heard were spot on, it was a wicked weekend, even the mud bath it turned into. Nice one Global Gathering. See you next year. Next stop CREAMFIELDS!

About me: ABOUT THE BEAT ADDICTION:
The Beat Addiction recently formed in the summer 2006 and is made up of two DJ's, JD Sparxx and Mumbles. Between them with 15 year of experience, mixing music has now become a major part of their lives. In the beginning they both mixed trance taking each set through one big euphoric experience, learning different djing techniques and styles along the way. In 2005 they found new styles and sounds going by the name of Breakbeat and Electro. With hours of practise and dedication they created the ultimate DJ duo THE BEAT ADDICTION! You can catch them playing local gigs and are now working on a local radio station presenting their own Electro sessions show every Saturday and you can guarantee they'll be dancing the night away at all festivals just waiting for that big break!

INDULGENCE INDULGENCE Indulgence is a night put on by The Beat Addiction, DJ Roosta and Tony Bellamy. Its fresh, funky and dirty all rolled into one with a good atmosphere and bad arse beats!
DJ Roosta is one of our felllow DJ's from 93.7 V.I.P Sounds and Tony Bellamy is a veteran DJ who's played alongside the likes of Judge Jules, Pete Tong and Seb Fontaine, and of course Ed Bellamy on the bongos (or Bongo Ed as we like to call him).
The night starts off funky and gradually gets nice and dirty!
Check our calendar for the next Indulgence event!
BIOGRAPHY:
Glastonbury 2007
Glastonbury 07 as expected went down a storm. We unfortunatley couldn't get tickets but we were glued to the t.v most of the weekend! Loads of wicked sets from the bands such as The Killers, Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys, The Fratellis and The Kooks. But the highlight for me were the Chemical Brothers. They always put on a wicked show and they pulled all the stops out for this one. Im just gutted i wasn't there to experience it. I saw them at creamfields in 2004 and the memories came flooding back. If you missed any of glastonbury or you went and you just want to relive the moments, go to www.bbc.co.uk/glastonbury and watch all the sets from the weekend.
Post your comments about your favourite glastonbury moments, especially if you was there. We wana no about your mad stories and all the good bits!
