Originally formed to perform at the prestigous closing ceremony of Cork European Capital of Culture 2005, the band has gone on to "wow" the crowds at numerous high profile gigs including Cork Jazz Festival 2006/2007, Dun Laoighre Festival of World Cultures, Cork Midsummer Festival and The Lord Mayors Gala Charity Concert.
Individually the members of the group have played with artists as diverse as Phil
Woods, Curtis Fuller, Benny Golson, Buddy Greco, Sir John Dankworth, Rufus Reid,
Tim Garland, Syd Lawrence Orchestra, Glenn Miller UK Big Band and the Back To Basie Big Band. Collectively, they are earning a reputation as one of Irelands most exciting live jazz acts with a rare and original line-up.
