If The Dan Cossette’s jokes were pitches, they would all be wicked curveballs. With a subtle, calming demeanor, he takes the audience on a ride they’ll not soon forget, full of unexpected twists and turns? Mixing heady observation, passionate love of the bizarre, and bursts of volcanic singing, never have so many laughed at so much they never dreamt of.
The Dan is a regular host and feature at venues everywhere in the northwest, regularly appearing at Harvey’s Comedy Club, Comedy Underground, Funny Bone Boise, Comedy Club Westside, and The Brickwall. Finalist in two 2004 Portland Amateur Contests, earning a spot in the Portland Professional contest the same year. Winner of the 2006 Road to the Bite of Oregon festival contest. Finalist in the 2007 KUFO Danny Bonaduce’ comedy contest, and associate writer for The Marconi Show.

Omg! My son sings that damn nannerpuss song ALL day! He even plays a melody on the guitar to go along with it! It gets stuck in my head, and I'll catch myself singing it aloud at work, then after I look around to make sure none of my coworkers heard me, I argue with myself, fighting the overwhelming urges to scoop my brain out with a spoon.
