the Detroit OG's, duh? After bagging groceries and sweeping floors at the local grocery store Johnny and Timmy decided to start a band, recruited high school friend Chris, chose some instruments to play and started playing parties in '92. Began playing out and recording soon after. 94-96 toured country in '77 Volare wagon. 1996 Mike replaced Chris on drums. Toured in rusty Ford van from 96-99. Toured in, and wrecked, Vauxhaul wagon for first European tour. Put out countless 45s and Albums, some going for big money on ebay, some not. Played with such acts as Link Wray, ? and the Mysterions, Rocket 455, Happy Supply, The Black Keys and many, many more. Halloween '07 will be 15th anniversary. YIKES.
Very nice to see another show added to your schedule. Though, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say you Hentchmen are seriously short in the amount of shows required to satisfy our great need and desire to hear/see you guys live (which really is the very very bestest way to experience your addicting/awesome/amazing music). I need me some Hentch! Every week! So, keep on rockin' us here in dear o'l Detroit because you make this city shine!
