In the beginning,
there was The Unrated.
And for a while
it was good.
But soon, the creative ropes that held the four piece punk band down snapped, and they needed to expand in different directions.
Thus, The Unrated Ska Seven was formed, a fusion of old and new school punk, and ska,
and for a while it was good.
But two members decided that college was groovier than high school, and the band soon after disbanded.
However, in the summer of 2005 the group reformed, with new horns, new spirit, a new name, and new ambition. And new pants.
They were called:
The Secret Ions!
and they rock faces.
And, hopefully, (for a while at least), it will be good.

We've got some awesome news, and some not so awesome news. The awesome news is that we have a SHOW ON JUNE 12TH at the 1st Baptist Church in Westfield, NJ! It's gonna be an wonderous lineup.
The not so awesome news is that we're breaking up, and THIS IS THE LAST TIME EVER TO SEE THE MAFIA PLAY. After this, there will be no more Cats Pooping on Pillows, no more Michael J Fox attempting to play Nintendo Wii, and most of all, no more Nosebleeds.
