Thoughts Create the World started as a project of old members of various independent bands from the north of the Netherlands. By obtaining an own studio in 2005, this collective received unlimited access to different sets of recording facilities. The band have worked the recent years on there repertoire. This has resulted in many hours of audio-files. This autumn a selection of this material will be delivered on a set of three of albums.
The 1st album "Leaves Grow Back" is published at the end of September and immediately well received by fans and the press. Dutch independent radios have given Airplay to this album. In late October, the 2nd album with the title "White Rooms" has been released. The rural and introverted sound of his predecessor on 'White Rooms' extended. The 2nd release is more personal and tells about farewell and processing losses. In mid-December the band expected the series to close with a 3rd album “In to the fields”.
The sound of Thoughts Create the World is characterised by subtle mix of acoustic and electronic instruments. The critics praise, in particular, the cinematic and melancholic nature of the numbers. The band knows how to play with dark and light, long and short, but with strength and intention for its listeners. At this time the band give a limited number of concerts. The performances are supported by the contributions from different Dutch media artists.

Heren........we zijn altijd een beetje misselijk voor de grote dag van 31 december.....jullie ook??? Wat doen jullie eigenlijk in Joure? Koeien exploderen door ze niet te melken...lijkt ons wel een bijzondere aangelegenheid omdat precies om 12 uur te doen...hulde!!!! En veel liefs.
