After the surprise departure of Dave Sneddon and Rob Holden, We have wasted no time in recruiting Andy Peacock to the helm of heavy rocking drummer, lets ave it!!! Tom Allen is going to bring the heavy guitars to Threads. We will be writing new tunes and ranking out heavy versions of those classic Threads tunes you know and love. We will be back out playing late 2008/early 2009. Atomic Rock no holds barred.

THREADS is BryOutlaw - vocals.
Bry is former singer of Bradford HeavyweightDoomRock merchants Khang. Khang released the "Premeditated" CD and one album "Worship The Evil" which was a cult favourite. The record received great press and live reviews were awesome. Khang played with such Heavyweights as Unida, Goatsnake, Spirit Caravan, Orange Goblin, Firebird, Cathedral, Charger, EyeHateGod, The Dukes Of Nothing, Sloth, Entombed, Karma To Burn, Electric Wizard, Warhorse and Iron Monkey to name but a few. Needless to say Khang had an awesome ride. In 2004 after 6 years Bry left Khang as he felt the direction had strayed too far from its Heavy Rock roots and become mainly Doom. Bry is still great friends with Lee and Bri who transformed Khang into Lazarus Blackstar and have pushed further the boundaries of Doom heaviness. Meanwhile Bry focused on creating a new band which would incorporate Heavy full on Rock to keep the heads rolling.
Cath O'Connor - Bass. Boat dwelling, Peace Loving, Big Muff Playing, Bass playing Cath O'Connor, Lays down the bass Heaviness for THREADS. She's Played bass for Snail Racing, Month of Birthdays, Fastnet, Baba Yaga and most dirtily with C'OC Sound. Meaner than Cliff William's younger sister. If you love the sound of a true woman making dirty noises then Cath is your girl.
Andy Peacock - Drums. Man of Rock, Fast of learning, Bonham, Paice in your face. Been around for years, the new youngest member of the band, Slam, Leafeater and other stuff, will find out his dirty secrets in due course. Bang that drum that does not bang! This chap is awesome and has brought a fresh and energized edge to the band.

Tom Allen - Guitars. Heavy Riff Master, MesaBoogie Gibson Heaviness, Tom is the newest member of Threads. He will be bringing his own style of Heavy Rocking guitar to the band. Tom used to be in Khang, Brody, Silverburn and is currently in the FourFighters. He is renowned for his Heavy riffiing and tasty soloing. Expect Heaviness!

We are also very pleased to have NIK MUZKA playing a rare mix of all things techno on the night too... Nik has been a main player in the Belfast music scene for almost a decade, sharpening his teeth at the infamous ARTS COLLEGE before moving on to run many successful solo projects. During the day nik can be found behind the counter at Mixmaster Records and teaching at Sonic Dj Academy. Nik makes, plays, sells and teaches music. MUSIC IS HIS LIFE...
THE 4th LOOP - LiVE will also play on the night... Made up of STEVE LAW and KATRINA O'KANE (mar'08 guest) were really looking forward to having our very first fully live set played at the night. Their strict policy of 'just loops, no tracks' is something that we here at Kaleida HQ really can't wait to witness.... BRING ON THE RAYVE!
