Threshold End begins their song with some creepy ambiance followed by possibly the catchiest material on the compilation, with the best production and Hypocrisy-esque arrangements... older Hypocrisy, of course. They've got the most amazing solo section as well, stuffed with great key changes and keyboard elements. The solo's guitar tone makes it sound similar to a keyboard solo, which is a nice touch.

Threshold End was formed in August of 1998 by Jairo Sanabria (Rhythm Guitar), David Colorado (Voice), Francisco Santamaria (Drums), Oscar Tavera (Keyboards), John Cely (Lead Guitar) and Cristian Bayona (Bass) with this line-up began to develope a serious, deep and melodic dark metal mixed it under the influences of every one of them.
At the time the band offered a set of shows in an important festival called Kennedy al Rock and several bars.
The next third years the band lost many time in the scene, because of the university, the work, and other internal problems carried it towards a momentary anonymity, although continue the desires and created tracks as Time has and Symbol of Purity, and continue played regularly.
In the 2002 recorded their first single Symbol of Purity in Sire Prod (R.I.P), this record opened the doors to band in means of communication and concerts.
The 2003 Fabian Alvarez replaced to John Cely in the lead guitar giving to Threshold End a sound most fast, heavy and definite.
Between October of 2004 and January of 2005 recorded the MCD Between the Twilight and Dawn in Audio Factory Studio, it included fifth tracks of total dark metal, the graphic design was made by the group Phyco Estudio winners of MTV Flash in the 2004 the distribution was to charge of the Pereiran editorial most important of Colombia (Paranoia Prod.), with this record have filled the expectatives of metal music Made in Colombia and receive a good acceptance in the native land, several countries of South America and web sites of the worldwide.
In April of 2005 shooted their first video clip Time has Die directed by Oscar Orjuela (U. Javeriana) with it and mcd debut achieved show a good image of the band in the world scene, the specialized means of communication and above all in the crazy head- bangers.
In May 2007 entered again to study to recording what will be their third album, this expected CD will bring 9 tcompletely new and designed to sound more current, compact and professional, are also rolling at the moment what will be the second Video Clip that will editing in format with recognized Film Producers of the visual media from the country.
On June 30, 2007 are invited to play along with the most important metal band of Brazil: Krisiun at that show Threshold End left a very good impression among participants and left unclear because it is one of the brass bands most respected and recognized in Colombia.
During October from this year maked a tour called: "THRESHOLD'S CONSPIRACY” for cities like Cucúta and Cali, but the most important of 2007 was able to take its first international tour in Venezuela, the band left there and gave the best of their talents and earn a place in the heart of those attending the neighboring country, was also reissued "BETWEEN THE TWILIGHT AND DAWN" which took a very good acceptance in the country and the abroad.
In May 2008 Jairo Sanabria (rhythm guitar) and Oscar Tavera (Synthesizers) exited the band by commitments labor, leaving of it take a course more aggressive and technically. On June 8 were invited to curtain the legendary Greek Band of Black Metal: Rotting Christ, there THRESHOLD END left a very good impression among the attendees, and was able to demonstrate the level at which they are.

.BIOGRAFIA Threshold End se conformo en agosto de 1998 por Jairo Sanabria (guitarra rítmica), Oscar Tavera (sintetizadores), David Colorado (voz), Francisco Santamaría (batería), John Cely (guitarra líder) y Cristian Bayona, desde sus inicios tuvieron la clara idea de desarrollar un metal bien elaborado . La banda se ha mantenido activa en la escena, tocando en grandes festivales y compartiendo escenario con importantes agrupaciones, recibiendo así el respaldo de la escena local e internacional. En el 2001 graban su primera maqueta “Symbol of Purity” en Sirio Prod.( R.I.P), la cual les serviría de catapulta para ofrecer varios conciertos dentro y fuera de la capital, también para ser reseñados en distintos zines, web-sites, radio y TV. El 2002 fue el punto de partida a la carrera de Threshold End, sus percances previos y épocas sabáticas terminarían desde ese instante. En el 2003 Fabián Álvarez reemplaza a John Cely en la guitarra líder dándole a la banda un sonido mas robusto y definido. Entre octubre de 2004 y enero de 2005 graban su primer álbum interactivo “Between the Twilight and Dawn”, en Audio Factory, con esta grabación lograron llenar las expectativas del metal hecho en Colombia, se vendio muy bien recibiendo una buena aceptación en el país natal, en algunos países de Sudamérica y Europa, la producción fue independiente y la distribución estuvo a cargo de la editorial Pereirana de metal mas importante de Colombia: Paranoia Prod. En marzo de 2005 rodaron su primer sencillo video clip “Time has Die”. Para el 2006 graban un tributo a la agrupación Masacre, la canción con la cual participan es: Mas allá del Dolor del album: Sacro, este trabajo salio en abril de 2006 bajo el sello Hateworks y fue distribuido en todo Europa y Japón. En marzo de 2006 Francisco Santamaría es removido de la banda por compromisos laborales y entra a reemplazarlo Pablo Niño ,con este nuevo baterista Threshold End entra a experimentar un sonido mas denso y mas técnico. En junio 30 de 2007 son invitados a tocar junto con la banda de metal mas importante del Brasil : Krisiun en el Festival de Metal mas importante de Bogotà : "METAL MANIA" , en aquel show Threshold End dejo una muy buena impresión entre los asistentes y dejo claro porque es una de las bandas de metal mas respetadas y reconocidas de Colombia. Durante el mes de octubre realizaron una gira titulada "THRESHOLD'S CONSPIRACY " la cual incluyó ciudades del norte del pais y 3 importantes ciudades de Venezuela, tambien se reeditaron 200 copias mas de su primer album. En mayo de 2008 Jairo Sanabria( Guitarra Ritmica)y Oscar Tavera (Sintetizadores) salieron de la agrupacion por compromisos laborales,dejando que la banda tomara un rumbo mas agresivo ycompacto . El 8 de junio fueron invitados a telonear a la legendaria banda griega de Black Metal: Rotting Christ, alli la banda dejo una muy buena impresion entre los asistentes, y pudo demostrar el nivel en el que se encuentran.
