"As a classically trained singer and a lover of all musical genres, Tiffany sets out to draw from each influence to create a sound all her own. With a team of talented and accomplished musicians and producers, Tiffany has released her debut album,"Poet," as of February 26, 2008 writing her own lyrics and melody throughout the majority of the album and pairing it with the enchanting music compositions of Jason English. She draws inspiration from genres such as classical, opera, neo classical, gothic, ambient, musical theatre, folk metal, ethereal pop, new age, electronica, trip hop, shoegaze, folk, celtic/world, heavenly voices, darkwave, and even a little 'mainstream' pop/rock. Since being released in February of 2008, her debut album "Poet" has been getting positive reviews from the media, industry professionals, and music fans around the world. Her songs can currently be heard on over 40 radio stations worldwide. Tiffany is currently nearing the end of her 2008 'A Poet's Labyrinth Tour' to support the album which includes an evolving elaborate stage show (some more elaborate some small and intimate depending on the venue), some meet n greets, and CD signings. Check the dates on her myspace to see if she will be coming to a city near you. "Poet" can currently be purchased at select Borders locations (more Borders locations tba), Joseph-Beth Booksellers, Your Inner Vagabond Coffeehouse and World Lounge, Dave's Music Mine, MySpace, SNOCAP, CDBaby, Amazon, iTunes,eMusic, Rhapsody, and CDFreedom. Look for it coming soon to other major digital downloading stores. Always up for diversity in her work, you can look for her future collaborations with California's Trance/House/Electro producer and DJ, Der Mystik and Cleveland Ohio's hip hop artist and ceo of Tomahawk Records, Javon Bates as well as teaming up with other talented musicians for a remix album. She is also currently in pre-production (writing) for her second studio album to be produced by Rowen Poole of Persephone's Dream (currently on the Prog Rock Records label). Visit her official site for tour dates, photos, merchandise, and more."
MEDIA REVIEWS:
"Awesome Voice!" ~Wolf of M2Live Radio's 'Wolf and Gonzy Show'
"Great Voice! Very nice to listen to"~Angel of Mirus, MirusMusic.com
"...reminds me slightly of Lana Lane's output actually; but slightly darker and more mellow - and with a very different vocal style, voice and delivery."~Olav,Prog Cafe Radio's 'Heavenly Hell' show; Oslo, Norway
"....haunting the Curse!"~The Nobodies Curse Radio
"It's different without being pretentious. It's good, both the vocals and the accompaniment."~Oxbow Free Radio
"New talent!"~Nature Enter Me! Radio
"Tiffany's voice is angelic, yet powerful"~Kat of Ocean eMotion Radio
"Tiffany Apan's contribution to these tunes are in the vocal department, singing in a restrained operatic fashion. She has a strong and melodic voice, adding a high level of contrast to the dark musical foundation and a nice dramatic flair. Her vocal delivery lies somewhere between Lana Lane and Sarah Brightman in style; not as cold as Lane and not as operatic as Brightman but should probably appeal to fans of both artists that are comfortable with slow-paced gothic tinged rock."~Olav/Windhawk on Progressiveears.com
"Tiffany is a fan of many genres, and it really shows here. She manages to bring in different tones from many genres and mix them together into her own unique sound.Poet is a slower paced, relaxing album that weaves together a lot of interesting melodies in creative ways. The sound is very laidback and never feels like it takes the theatrical elements over the top. An excellent debut that manages to do something different from everything else out there. I am looking forward to hearing how Tiffany Apan continues to develop her sound in the future."~Jon from desolatehope.com
"POET is one of the year's best albums!"~Ray Dorsey of RaysRealm
“After being yelled at by countless metalheads, it was refreshing to hear her rich vocals as she soothed us to a sweet comedown. Her album, Poet, is a vocal driven disc that flutters around the “beauty and the beast” style of symphonic metal, but never becomes as bombastic as that genre can get. Magical and uplifting, this album will do nothing but enrich your spirit.”~ The Ripple Effect, http://www.ripplemusic.blogspot.com
“Soothing and ethereal, the vocals of Tiffany Apan are beautiful when they’re rockin’ or mellow”~ Metal Warlord, Wykkyd Bru Radio

How are you on this fine Autumn day?!?! It's beautiful, sunny & 68 here! The cotton has finally burst open and you can see fields of white all around here. Our fall colors are just now peeking. It's so beautiful in the mountains around my house & the best way to experience fall is on foot or horseback! The Multicolored Asian Lady Beetles are everywhere here. The Gov't. drops thousands by planes every fall. They get inside the house, your bed. They bite too! I miss my humming birds. I call them my sugar babies & neighbors call me the Sugar MaMa. LOL They have all migrated on now. I had about 40 regulars this year! They even fed from my hand! But they always come back in April. October ended with me in a 'Soul Train Line Dance' to the music "Monster Mash". LOL You would have laughed your head off at me. November arrived with a very crisp chilled air & thick fog! It was like walking in the clouds. I'm really looking forward to the holidays, the family gatherings, and the food! I've been digging out some of my favorite harvest recipes. The traditional along with new ones other women has shared with me.
