Tim's solo shows range from a wide variety of original music with a choice selection of cover tunes that you wouldn't normally hear from a solo acoustic act. Tim Stays away from the mainstream cover tunes and chooses songs like Acuff Rose by Uncle Tupelo or old Johnny Cash tunes like Give My Love to Rose. His mix of original and covers bring a fresh perspective to the acoustic music world.
Tim's music career has spanned over twenty years now. From when he first started playing in the local Syracuse bars at age 16 to the leader of his successful regional band, Tim Herron Corporation, Tim has always played with heart and conviction.
Tim spent many years on the road as a sideman with Jim Loughlin of moe. as members of the legendary touring outfit, The Dexter Grove Band. Tim still continues to do side projects with Charlie Orlando as well as Vinnie Amico from moe. and more recently an Americana group called The Siders, with members of famed blues group Los Blancos.
The Tim Herron Corporation is now in it's tenth year and is stronger then ever. Producing their third album "Trivium" released in October of '09. This album is proving to be their best work ever.
Tim also continues with his true passion, playing solo with his guitar and voice. Tim is currently in the process of putting together a new solo recording that will be out in January '10.
