Welcome to the official myspace of guitarist, singer, and songwriter Tony Pierce! Tony began playing guitar and singing around the age of eight. Approaching his early teens, Tony began writing songs. Through the years he has played guitar for many different texas artists including Sonny Burgess and the Casey Donahew band who's single "Crazy" topped the texas music chart at 1! Tony's current record Starting Today features eight self penned songs and two written by some of his songwriting heros, Keith Sewell, Bob DePiro, and Darren Kolbe. Tony is currently working on a brand new album release for the fall of 2009. "I am as excited about making this record as I was when I first started learning to play guitar!" exclaims Tony. This new project will again feature mostly all original music as well as Tony's energetic and full throttle guitar playing style. Keep checking back for more details on the up coming studio album!

Hey, my name is Tony! I love Jesus, and I love to play guitar and sing songs. I am a big fan of country music, but I also like many other styles. My top ten list includes names from Steve Wariner and Vince Gill, to Bon Jovi and Bryan Adams! I'm not going to be one of those "I don't fit in a genre because I'm that cool" guys, I play my kind of country music and that makes me happy. Hey man good meeting you last night. Best of luck to you with everything. I'm up here in Dallas all summer just getting ready record our album in the fall.
