Inspired by the early founders of punk (The Clash, Dead Kennedy's, Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Velvet Underground) we are Tuck Me In. Far from original, we try and keep some of edge that some bands lack today by contributing some of the hardcore sounds that many punk-inspired musicians grew up on. Although we are a cover band, all of our music is inspired by bluegrass, country, punk/post punk, British punk, ska, classic rock, southern rock, etc.
Like the story of Elizabeth Short, we are "two" unexplained human beings. Unlike the "Black Dahlia" we remain alive only to tell stories through our music and troubled souls. Imagine a dichotomy between late '70's classic country and early post pop-punk, (Alkaline Trio, Against Me!, No Use For A Name, Social Distortion, Hot Water Music), Tuck Me In attempts to pioneer the true heart of early-to-modern punk rock. Always embedded with the "Punk's not Dead" attitude we are Tuck Me In. Alright.
