A new film, by Zanny Begg and Oliver Ressler, shot at the 2007 protests against the G8 Summit in Heiligendamm is out now. The film, which contains interviews with several members of the Turbulence collective amongst others, poses the same question as the first issue of Turbulence, ‘What would it mean to win?’.
Well, we haven't published any books yet (although there's one in the works, watch this space!), but we produced a newspaper last Summer ('07), and a little pamphlet earlier this year ('08). And recently: We finished our most recent publication: Turbulence_04: Who can save us from the future?
The newspaper posed the question to social movements (and ourselves!): "What would - or could - it mean to 'win'?" You can find the contents at our website here
Both 'Move into the Light?' and a bunch of the articles published in our first newspaper have been translated into various languages. These can mostly all be found on our website
You can read more about our latest publication, and access all content here

..Turbulence is a collective publishing project that we hope will become an ongoing space in which to think through, debate and articulate the political, social, economic and cultural theories of our global 'movement of movements', as well as the networks of diverse practices and alternatives that surround them.
We don’t want Turbulence to become yet another journal or yet another edited collection claiming to offer a ‘snapshot of the movement’. Instead we want to carve out a space where we can carry out difficult debates and investigations into the political realities of our time – engaging the real differences in vision, analysis and strategy that exist among our movements.

“I had no problem with what they were saying, but the writing was lame. It had nothing to inspire or arouse the passions. And the round man’s speech was just as bad – the same old tune with different words. The true enemy of this bunch was not State Power but Lack of Imagination.” - Toru Watanabe commenting on the campus Trotskyites. From Haruki Murakami's Norwegian Wood
