Stretched between Ohio and Florida, ukebucket was a three-person band formed by wide-eyed and innocent musicians. They offered music that sounds good, and music that was probably made at 3 in the morning hopped up on energy drinks. A quiet sound, a different sound...ukebucket. Bring on the rock.

Although ukebucket is no longer together, several of the band members are still active in the music community. Amber lives in Cincinnati where she's part of two bands, a folk-duo called Shiny and the Spoon and a large Americana band, Magnolia Mountain. Shiny and the Spoon are currently working on their first EP. Rikk lives in Orlando and is continuing his solo career. He recently pressed his second solo album.

My old friend King Gully was the first Rasta surfer on the wild North Shore of Barbados. This song is based on his true story. It's been described as a cross between "I Shot The Sheriff" and "Puff The Magic Dragon". :>) And there's ukulele under all those dang gitarz!
