Psychobilly Planet	Sep 16 2008 11:03 PM Finnish psychobilly band “Vulture Club” haven’t been on the scene for all that long but with their début album “Roadkill Café” they have definitely stamped their mark on the psycho scene. You can see they are heavily influenced by the likes of Nekromantix and Mad Sin but they have added a new twist on the old sound. From the off the album hits you with awesome guitar riffs, stomping double bass and rock n roll drumming. But what impresses me the most is vocals from lead singer Corpus Brutus. They are haunting yet inviting. They almost sound like a darker, deeper version of Nick Cave. Some of the highlights from the album are “It’s The Attitude”, “Pale White Rose” and “Zombie Bob.” Being honest there is not a bad track on the album and for a début album it is simply electric. It will have your head boppin' and your foot tappin' from start to finish. This album should definitely be added to your collection. www.psychobillyplanet.com
