Singer/songwriter/poet Zeev Tene returns with a new album - “Room”.
For 25 years, Tene’s “sharp” lyrics and uncompromising live performances became cult “classics”. He is frequently featured in the Israeli media and was already the subject of 2 documentary TV films.
This album features “tight” versions to 14 of his known classics. Produced by Lior Suliman & Tal Weiss, it is a part of the critically acclaimed “Rooms” album series.
Several songs from this album achieved substantial radio airplay – especially the two singles already released - “Aya/What She Left Behind” and “Bleached/Black Cat”. The new single from the album, “Sara And David”, is currently being released to radio stations.
"Rooms" is a series of albums capturing the rehearsal room "feel". The albums don't feature any "studio pyrotechnics" - just “raw” produced sounds.
"Beirut" is featured on the acclaimed new movie "Waltz With Bashir".
