The luthiers art and attention to detail are becoming increasingly lost among the many mass produced imported guitars currently available. While we embrace the technology, accuracy and production speed of CNC machinery it must be harnessed in tandem with the luthiers skills.
Z- Guitars are proud to say we have achieved this mating of technology and skill to produce guitars of incredible beauty, functionality and playability. All Z- Guitars are finished by hand to the highest standards. We currently produce two models, a six string and a bass, in limited numbers due to the painstaking production process. We will never compromise quality for quantity.
Our guitars have a familiar appearance being of single cut design but with subtle differences like the exotic inlays that make them stand out from the crowd. If the appearance does not make them stand out then the sound certainly will. The heart of Z- Guitars, besides the finest woods and components, are the hand wound pick ups. PAF style humbuckers provide all the tones you’ve ever dreamed of while the bass humbuckers are based on a Thunderbird pick up and are again hand wound providing crystal clear thunder.
We could write reams on the fine woods, long tenon neck construction and components of our guitars and basses. However, the real proof of how good these guitars really are is by picking one up and playing it. We are confident as soon as you do so we will have sold you that guitar. Enough said!
You can have any colour you want as long as it is BLACK!
Z-BBA1: Loaded with features that set this bass apart from the pack.
Stunning looks, functionality, performance and playability combine to produce a bass that is a very special instrument. Black high gloss finish with MOP inlays, a neck through body construction crafted from the finest mahogany with a selected rosewood fingerboard, humbucking pick ups, strings through body, custom bridge and tuners all make our Z-BBA1 a bass to be proud of. We include a hard shell case to provide the protection your bass deserves.
24 frets on a 34” scale slim profile neck that provides total ease of playing. This bass looks intimidating and has a thunderous sound that never loses definition or detail. The Z-BBA1 will never be lost in the mix.
Contact your nearest dealer or this office direct to find out how to experience the pleasure of playing a Z-BBA1 today.
Z-GBA1: An instrument as individual as the players who insist on our guitars.
Our standard guitar features an exotic diamond pattern MOP inlay on the body together with MOP body edging. Inlays of your design can be custom ordered as can carved maple body caps or engraved aluminium fronts.
However, most guitarists are more than happy with our standard inlaid guitars. The black high gloss finish, MOP inlays, ABR bridge and tailpiece, custom tuners, PAF style pick ups, 22 or 24 fret rosewood fingerboard with finest mahogany body and neck make our Z-GBA1 not only a guitar of great beauty but a dream to play as well. We include a hard shell case for optimum protection.
The visual impact of our guitars will stun anyone while the ease of playing and palette of sounds will inspire any guitarist. Z- Guitars, stunning beauty that is the inspiration for great guitarists.
