ZOO se formó a fines del 2005, como consecuencia de un proyecto anterior llamado Elektra, en éste los miembros eran Pablo Suarez (voz y bajo) y Juan Manetti (batería y programación), después de casi 12 años tocando juntos en diferentes formaciones (Rakiduam, Elektra, etc.), decidieron disolver Elektra y encarar un nuevo proyecto juntos: ZOO.
Después de componer algunos temas deciden incluir a nuevos miembros en este proyecto para el vivo, en el 2006 se suma Milva Jesus (sintetizadores, sampler, coros), a mediados de año se suma Pablo Borzi (guitarras), y de esta manera ZOO empieza a tocar por diferentes lugares.
A fines del 2007 ingresa Christian Kikuchi reemplazando a Milva Jesus Gavilán.
ZOO intenta a traves de lo musical lograr lo mejor de nosotros mismos despues de tantos años en carrera.

ZOO was formed in late 2005 as a result of an earlier project called Elektra, it members were Paul Suarez (vocals and bass) and John Manetti (drums and programming), after almost 12 years playing together in various formations (Rakiduam , Elektra, etc.). decided to dissolve Elektra and tackle a new project together: ZOO. After composing some items decide to include new members in this project for the living, in 2006 joined Milva Jesus (synthesizer, sampler, choirs), Mid-Year joins Paul Borzi (guitars), and thus begins ZOO by playing different places.At the end of 2007 enters Christian Kikuchi replacing Milva Gavilán Jesus, and thus is the current line-up of the banda.

Hola!! ZOO, el sábado 16 hacemos la fiesta más canalla de la ciudad.
FEA vs Club Canalla, lo mejorcito de cada casa, vamos. La fiesta será en la Sala KGB de Barcelona. Actuaciones en directo, desfile de moda, djs y la locura habitual.

Se busca bajista con experiencia bien equipado para proyecto muy serio preferentemente
que pueda hacer coros,la banda se llama persianas y las influencias son el rock progresivo,
la cancion, el folk y diversos estilos mas, (justamente la idea es experimentar y no
cerrarse solo a un estilo).
Tenemos sala propia, sonido propio, y un primer disco grabado y en proceso de mezcla y
proximamente tendremos estudio de grabacion. La formacion de la banda es guitarra y voz,
teclados y voz, bateria y otra guitarra, y el bajista se bajo del tren por cuestiones
personales de el, despues de grabar el disco, se busca seriedad y compromiso de sumarse
a un proyecto totalmente independiente y serio, ensayamos 3 veces por semana y la sala esta
en la zona de flores sur capital federal, la banda tiene 1 año y medio de vida y tocamos en
promedio hasta ahora 2 veces por mes, asi que hay muchas proyecciones de fechas y ya hay una
idea para un segundo disco!
