Maroon 5, Coldplay, Justin Timberlake. Pretty much *all* 80's music. I listen to a lot of movie soundtracks and classical music, too. I particularly like the soundtracks to the new Pride and Prejudice and Atonement, both by the composer Dario Marianelli, and I could listen to Beethoven all day.
Movies
Gone With The Wind, Harry Potter (all of 'em), Pride and Prejudice (especially the BBC version with Colin Firth), Star Wars (even the new ones!), Lord of the Rings, Atonement, The Notebook, The New World. I'm really, *really* looking forward to the TWILIGHT movie in Dec. '09!
Television
The Office, LOST, and Dancing With the Stars.

My all-time favorites include: Gone With The Wind, Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Jane Eyre, Harry Potter series, The Viscount Who Loved Me by Julia Quinn, Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer, and Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase. "
Who I'd like to meet: Hmmm....Well, purely for the celebrity-crush factor that would be (in random order)...Colin Firth, Hayden Christensen, Colin Farrell, Ryan Gosling, James McAvoy, Rob Pattinson, Hugh Dancy, John Krasinski, and Adam Levine.
Wait, does chatting with Colin Firth for five minutes after an advance movie screening count as meeting him?! If so, cross that one off my list! Edited to add: Cross Hugh Dancy off, too, if briefly meeting him and getting my pic snapped with him counts!
Literary speaking, I'd love to chat with J.K. Rowling and Stephen King--his book "On Writing" was by FAR the best book about the craft of writing I've ever had the pleasure to read.
And I'd LOVE to meet my favorite NASCAR driver, Tony Stewart!!!!
And here on MySpace, I'd love to meet anyone who shares *any* of my many interests!

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel THE 13TH is now in stores everywhere! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride!
There's even a website devoted just to the book, with an interactive map of the places and characters at www.the13th-horror.com.
Edward Lee called THE 13TH "A double-barreled shotgun blast of macabre entertainment -- an expert amalgamation of grotesquerie, eroticism, mystery, and pitch-black occult horror that no fan of the genre can miss."
And Gary A. Braunbeck said, "John Everson's The 13th is the first out-and-out horror novel in a long while to actually scare the **** out of me while reading it. It's stylish, extremely well-written, filled with richly-drawn characterizations, and boasts a labyrinthine plot worthy of Umberto Eco. Trust me -- this one will fry your nerves and break your heart."
