Blues Blend is a group of four talented musicians of relentless energy, passion and showmanship. The group’s distinctive and powerful sound, influenced by a diversity of musical styles will get the place rockin’ as they perform their repertoire of both artful, inspired originals and cunningly arranged cover tunes.

For over five years, the group has been performing in numerous clubs and festivals in Switzerland, France and Spain.
In October 2004, blues Blend was invited to perform in Dakar, Senegal, at the prestigious Just4U club, where musicians such as Youssou’n Dour, Cheikh Lö, Vieux Mac Faye regularly perform.
In August 2005, Blues Blend permormed at the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival.

On July 2003, they record a five titles CD and on October 2004 a four titles CD, among which two originals: (1) Open Your Eyes, a groovy hip-hop, soul influenced song with a bouncy wha-wha guitar and angry lyrics; (2) Waitin’ in Vain, a well inspired heavy blues with a haunting guitar solo.

Right now, Blues Blend is preparing a promising album that should be released in 2009
and a tour that will take the band to Switzerland and France (Charente, Pays de la Loire and Brittany) and West Africa.
