Ceoltóir is the title of BCFE’s Higher National Diploma course in Traditional Music Performance, offered by Ballyfermot College of Further Education in Dublin, Ireland. The Course is of 2 years duration and is suitable for musicians / singers who wish to pursue a career in traditional music. The Course is practical in nature with an emphasis on performance and features regular visits and guest lectures from leading figures in the world of traditional music.

Om Festival is a unique cultural one day event which will be held in the Submarine bar in Crumlin, South Dublin on the 16th of August of this year. It will run from 2:00 pm until closing time and will feature 12 different acts ranging from traditional, rock, country, folk and theatre. It will also exhibit the works of 8 different artists working in various medias including sculpture, installation, photography, drawing and painting. Tickets 20 euro on the door. These are a few of the acts/artists on the line up.
