| Bio | Chip Chantry is a handsome, young comedian originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. His first performances were opening for his brother’s band at Fergie’s Pub in Philly. Since those days at 12th and Sansom, Chip has become a regular in comedy clubs across the country. Besides comedy, Chip enjoys music, people who get eaten by alligators, and writing about himself in third person. | | Influences | I learned everything I know from Los Angeles comedian John Kensil, who gave me $17 and a "You Can't Touch This" Hypercolor TShirt to say that.

| General | Writing, music, tennis, running, any sport that involves a frisbee, and finding out why dogs can't eat chocolate. | | Music | I openly admit that I have an unhealthy obsession with music. The greatest album of all time is Jeff Buckley's GRACE, and I will fight you today after school if you disagree. Besides that, I give 'big props' to Wilco, Black Crowes, Pavement, Soul Coughing, Pixies, Pink Floyd, THE POLICE, Mike Doughty, Belle & Sebastion, Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Phish, Sigur Ros, Broken Social Scene, Beastie Boys, Beck, Built to Spill, and the Bloodhound Gang. But I think we can all agree that Motown is God's greatest gift to man since the opposable thumb. | | Movies | The Kentucky Fried Movie, Jaws, Waiting for Guffman, The Big Lebowski, Rushmore (and the rest of the Wes Anderson library).
