how have you been?
we're just about to hit the road for two weeks to promote our new EP - 'We'll Make Our History'!

Happy new year and all that... hope the festive season was cool. Did you go back home?
We're looking at getting some new photos done soon, not too sure where but Alive got given a 7ft weather balloon which we could use someplace.
Also we're playing a special acoustic show to kick off the year on the 27th if you can make it, it's at the Liquid Ship on Great Western Road. Maybe you could bring the old clicky box down?

1. I sent off the new issue of Re:Union to the printers today. Which means it should be back in, in about a week. It looks fantastic and the shot of Amy stood by the fire escape stairs is our cover feature! Exciting.
2. Band wise, we're still looking for a drummer. BUT! exciting news is that we're being put as a "band tipped for 2009" on the website cmu music network tomorrow, which is veiwed by 15,000 music professionals tomorrow. To celebrate I've put up the half done demos we did last week. When you have 11 minutes to spare, please do check them out and let me know what you think.

I'm really sorry I didn't make it yesterday. I was working from 10-4, then 7pm-6am on Friday so I was totally fucked and didn't wake up til about 1! But I spoke to Harry, and he said it went well, I hope you agree. I'm sure the photos look great and I'm looking forward to seeing them.

It's going quite smoothly I guess, just need promote the shit out of it now. So please do tell all your friends hopefully you've seen some posters about the town.
Also, it'd be amazingly cool if you could come down too. It's gonna be amazing, the headline band are just great, going be massive.

I was trying to get hold of you because I had a photo pass for Connect this weekend and I wanted to see if you wanted to come take some pictures but I totally couldn't get any reception at all.
Then I bumped into my pal who sings in The French Wives and he'd lost his ticket so I donated it to him so he could play.
But yeah I've been quite busy, another busy month coming up with the gig and a half marathon next week, and loads of other shit going on.
Hope to bump into you soon. Or we should arrange to go for a drink or something.
