FUCK YA EARS AND DRINK YA BEERS
Perth's death/grind
bastards Maximum
Perversion team up with Sydney grinders
Ebolie for fifteen tracks of
mind-melting, cranium crushing, alcohol fuelled violence. Please enjoy
irresponsibly.

Ebolie was formed in late 1998 in the Southern suburbs of Sydney, Australia by three deranged mates influenced by the intense grindcore of Napalm Death, the brutality and technicality of Cryptopsy, the booze-fuelled piss-taking of Volatile and countless others. Ebolie in its first form consisted only of a vocalist, guitarist and drummer.
Two months into their existence came a six-track demo entitled Campaign for CommercialDestruction, unleashed on society in the November of 98. The demo was met with interest from the local metal scene, with that
they moved on to infect pubs and venues with the likes of Volatile, Miscreation and Sadistik Execution. After a string of shows Ebolie went into the studio to record a one-off track for the compilation Under the Southern Cross in July 1999 [System Collapse].
The bands original guitarist departed in late 1999. Ebolie did not resurface until early 2001 after finally recruiting a dirt bag who perfectly suited the band at the time. In June 2002 four tracks were recorded at their home studio, which where released later that year with the aforementioned titles on a discography through Grindhead Records. The virus began to grow and mutate as a new bass player was added to the line-up and the old bassist picked up guitar duties. In early 2004 they released an ep called I Like The Old Snuff, Better Then The New Snuff and started recording for their first full length album,
Elevation into Disintegration. While in the process of releasing the album, the virus was carried around Australia through the vessels of Californian gore-grinders Exhumed and Australia's Bludgeoner.
Ebolie continued with the production for Elevation into Disintegration until its release through Grindhead Records on December 4th of 2004 coinciding with its official launch at the Arncliffe Hotel.
Since then Ebolie have played with the likes of Disgorge (USA), Suffocation,
Behemoth, Skinless, Napalm Death and at Metal For The Brain 2006. Ebolie released the ep "Let Loose" in September of O6 and have finally released the long waited split cd with Perth grove grinding merchants Maximum Perversion entitled "Fuck Ya Ears & Drink Ya Beers" on the 14th of August 07 through Grindhead Records.
Ebolie may make me want to grind into the next millenium but I ask you- Where is that marvellous Rage against the machine vs Limp Biscuit cover band- Rage against the biscuit? Now there would be a band worth partially watching ;) ha ha!
What Is Done Can Never Be Undone. Taken from The Seashore Sessions ep "The Seashore Sessions" were an exercise in low fi, single track live recordings, with great tones and clarity usually not associated with single track live recordings of this nature, it becomes quite easy to submerse yourself somewhere between the crashing waves of sound and the "seashore". we hope you enjoy FTSWS

Hello to all, Just thought we'd stop by and say thank you ,to all the awesome bands that have sent in their material which has been aired on the show throughout the years.
We have had an exceptional response through myspace from some of the most talented underground musicians in the world . It is your contribution to our show that show people that there are still actually real musicians out there [and rap is surely not damn music, neither is that techno crap].
Undergroundsounds airs throughout Australia Thursday/Saturdays p.m.
Bands that would like their music aired on any future shows can forward their material to the address below;
