Greetings from e.V., creature of the night! Welcome to my radio show, which airs every Tuesday morning on CKCU-FM 93.1 and webcast.
Come join me for a 4 hour excursion into the dark, every week as I indulge in my um, aural fixation VERY EARLY every Tuesday (late Mondays in some North American time zones).

In hour 3, I dig up two cool bands or artists every week to for you to, ugh, dig. ;) Bringing you new stuff, old stuff, obscure stuff. From the unsigned, and the unreleased to the just released... to just plain good stuff!
Tune in early Tuesday between 2 a.m. (Eastern Time) till 6 in the morning. Featuring the (usually) hour-long segment, "Lady Death Presents" starting at the top of hour 3 (4 a.m.)
I am a pusher of various musics, including, shall we say "Romantic Metal" - stuff that tells a story: folk, goth, doom, stoner, old 70's style, some melodic death metal and the prettier black metal stuff.
If it's romantic, powerful and true I'll play it - better still if it's dark and delicious 'cos I am all about the creepysweet - whether it's the more operatic & intricate and/or intense styles or the softer/acoustic stuff and the just plain impish! ;)

HOUR 3.75 through 4: This is the wild card section. Electro, glam, prog/psychedelic stuff through acoustic, folk and indie stuff (pop & rock). Been known to sneak some goth and doom acoustic in here as well as wonky cheery covers. :) So you never know!
METAL (gothic; folk/viking; doom/stoner; old-school; MELODIC death and MELODIC black; prog; symphonic)
GOTH powerpop, electro, plus some psychedelic, folk. torch, glam, psychobilly, punk, and electronica thrown into the blender.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

Hour 1: METAL: Gloomier, doomier stuff. Focus on melodic or riff-based metal: mainly folk, stoner, epic, doom, symphonic, & power, melodeath, melodic/atmospheric black. Tons of Finnish & Swedish stuff.
Hour 2: GOTH/INDUSTRIAL/ROCK: Edging to the more danceable goth & industrial & electronica stuff.
Hour 3: 1 to 2 feature bands every week... the finest selection of dark auditory delights from your two aurally addicted redheads, e.V. and Our Dearest Lady Death96, . What will it be this week? Tune in and find out!
And, Hour 4, the final hour: anything goesbut leaning to the more 'radio friendly'. devoted to waking people up in a good mood. Weather, local show news. Nothing doom-laden unless it's hooky as hell!! :)

Visions of gigantic tentacles devouring stars, huge living mountains, desert plains whence arise columns infinitely large and dark, deformed beings wandering in the cosmos and attracting some universe at them, for their destruction ... take place in my head, again and again ..
Over the years I had the need to express them through all forms of art available to me. The music has been most revealing. For 10 years, I try to transcribe it by the sound, this magnificent horrors. With the first verse, "La Montagne Vivante" ("the Living Mountain"), i began a long journey wich will last three albums and will drown the listener in my visions, my nightmares, my fantasies and my dreams ...
