| Bio | Comedian George Hamm is well known to Maine audiences as a frequent visitor to Portland’s Comedy Connection. Hamm has performed his comedy routines across the U.S. including the Bellagio in Las Vegas, the Improv in Los Angeles, The Comedy Store and the Laugh Factory in Hollywood and the Laugh Factory in Hawaii. In the past couple of year’s George has taken his act to the far east, performing a comedy tour in China and just recently returned from Mexico. In August of 2007 one of George’s lifelong dreams became a reality when he performed on Broadway, under the big bright lights of Times Square in New York City! Hamm has also opened for bands such as Cheap Trick, Tower of Power and blues legend Leon Redbone. He has opened for comedians Jay Mohr, Robert Schimmel, Bob Marley,
Kevin Nealon, Anthony Clark and Harland Williams among others. Hamm has appeared in three independent films over the past several year’s Sundowning, Open-Mic, and Pennyweight.
