Hatchery play old school Thrash Metal and render homage to the heroes of the 80s. The combination of 80s metal riffs and a modern sound (NO Nu Metal sounds) is a challenge for the band and the five metalheads manage it with passion and enthusiasm because for them Metal is much more than a hobby. .... Thrash Metal survived the 90s and Hatchery will do their best to keep metal music alive. .... KEEP ON THRASHIN'! .... ........ ____________________________________________________________________________ .... NEXT GIG: ...... .. ...... ____________________________________________________________________________ .... History:.... The Thrash Metal band HATCHERY was originated in autumn 2003. The four metalheadzu Nils Nortmeyer (g.), Erik Fillinger (g.), Ruben Andre (dr.) and Ronald Senft (b.) knew each other a long time and had been able to gain experience in various other band (Flatline, Graveyard, Secret Land, Freezebitch). When almost everybody of them had no band to play in, it was clear that they would start a new band together, playing the kind of metal they always wanted to do..... Ingo Schäfer (v.) completed the line-up as shouter and und so the demos "Night Time Greys" (2004) and "Distorted Society" (2005) have been recorded in the studio W.U.M. (Ludwigshafen)..... In the end of 2005 Ingo had to leave the band due to health reasons and Christian „Zottel" Müller (Ex-Unscared) joined them at the microphone in December 2005. In autumn 2006 Erik left the band but HATCHERY managed to increase live activities and played shows all over Germany (for example Thrash Till Death Open Air, Summernight Open Air) and France, as well as in the Benelux..... In spring 2007 Paul Grosser (g.) joined the band at guitar and with him the album "Birth Of A Bomb" has been recorded in the "Kohlekeller" Darmstadt in August 2007. Paul left the band after the recordings and since then among others HATCHERY have played concerts with Cage, Fueled By Fire, Sacred Steel, Primordial, Wolf or Cavalera Conspiracy..... In December 2008 Matthias Ruoff (Orgasmodemon) closed the gap at the second guitar and with this starched line-up HATCHERY are ready to play concerts all over Europe! Furthermore in the end of 2009 another album of Thrash Metal madness will be recorded! You can be excited because: We won't turn down for sure! .... -
