"it's a really nice little tune"- labrador records news article
"He's certainly knowingly twee and jangly enough (the humble uke does rather lend itself to jangling), rather self-deprecating, and really quite brilliant. In a the way that only a librarianship student with a massive beard and limited skills on a ridiculous instrument but a great line in wry lyrics could be"- manchester music
"The lyrics were personal without being self indulgent, quirky without being annoying and funny without being daft. Thoroughly entertaining"- joy collective

i've done live sessions on resonance fm, oxide radio and fuse fm, as well as being played on the wonderful dandelion radio, tom robinson's six music show and various other nice radio shows. yay.
i'm nice i think, so if you fancy contacting me, go ahead! sometimes i might take a while to reply, but i'll get around to it eventually, i promise. you can email me at it sounded better in my head at googlemail dot com

Svarte Greiner (Deaf Center/Miasmah/Type) explores deep into a dark,
mysterious and disturbing universe. Drawing inspiration from artists
such as Earth, Volcano the Bear, David Darling & Deathprod, the
music is draped in Lynchian mysticism and horror film cinematics. "The
music of Svarte Greiner is practically perfect. It's like that sound in
our heads we've been imagining for ages but had never actually heard."
- Type Records.
The Sight Below (Rafael Anton Irisarri/Miasmah/Immune) draws as much on
modern genre progenitors like Brian Eno, Robin Guthrie and My Bloody
Valentine as it does from the more historic traditions in
neo-classicism from Erik Satie and Olivier Messiaen. His album Glider
has appeared on Thom Yorke's radar in making the Radiohead's lynchpin's
top ten playlist.
His debut album Navigare soon to feature on the Miasmah label, Simon
Scott (former Slowdive) is set to be a household name in conceptual
music. Simon is the former Slowdive drummer, co-producer of Televise,
producer of Seavault, and owner of KESH Recordings label.

I actually can not wait. I have been revising away all day. But I seem to think that I can't revise if I haven't got a nice cup of tea so I have had like 7 cups of tea already today and I am going to make myself another oh dear. If in a few years I have a caffeine problem i will know that today was the day that it started x
