STEVE "It was the old bucket of water balanced on top of the door trick, that's how I met Nyge. Back in the days when if you didn't wear shorts you were an old fogey. It took a long time for us to become friends after that one. Andy tried (and succeeded) in selling us the bits of his record collection that punk had made unfashionable. I got 'On Your Feet Or On Your Knees', classic." * * *
NYGE " I got Andys' Amazing Blondel albums , Steve lent me The History Of Fairport Convention and Henry the Human Fly and I've not been the same since , Andy and I shared a flat in the early 90s , the Virtual Treehouse was born , and four albums were concieved between 1992 and 1999 , plus plenty of other stuff that nobody apart from us has ever heard ( up until now at least ) .

Sharkweek is proud to announce the launch of his new album, "Egyptian Lions".
The new album offers lush soundscapes punctuated with surreal samples, playful melodies and manipulated found sounds. The musical themes drift between ambient, pop and dub.
Spheres of inspiration include outerspace, all manner of pop culture, and infomercials. Musical influence comes from varied sources such as The Orb, Future Sound Of London, Orbital, Boards Of Canada, Lemon Jelly, Astralasia, and Banco de Gaia. This eclectic mix, coupled with some stellar guest appearances from other musicians makes for an evocative and sometimes surprising listening experience.
"A mystical journey through lands afar ... trippy soundscapes, psychedelic ambient dub, futuristic space adventures and glitchy electro pop .. an ear orgasm of sounds that twist and turn evolving into a collection of songs that is intriguing, beautiful and a dose of epic electro trippiness.

We’re the worst band in the world so if u wanna be friends say hi... and circle yes on a small piece of paper near your computer
if you dont have the word yes written on a small piece of paper..you should write that down at this point. if you have no paper...a light space on a nearby wall will work.
if you do not want to be friends with the INFERNAL RACKET...or be associated with any of the cheap quality chit issued out from Roy G.Biv's Mayhem Machine, you can write "no" on another peice of paper. or the forementioned wall.
if no pen is available, or if your pen is now out of ink from scratching the word "no" into bold john squire looking letters/art on your piece of paper/nearby wall, you can use a knife, sharp object, car key, broken bottle (if you do not have a broken bottle, you should now get one of those as well...and then break it on your wall, head, tv, computer, you can come over here and break the bottle on our heads , or any other solid object will do in a pinch... the side of our dumpster will work)-- --then take the pen/knife/sharp object/carorhouseorapartmentkey/bottle/etc... and circle the word "no", which you have previously written/scratched.
***CAUTION*** ***we recomend wrapping duct tape around your speakers, and your head before listening to any of our formentioned chit. ***WARNING*** ***do not listen to for prolonged periods of time, as this may cause, excessive vomiting, mange, lunch making, or pluto fobia.
