you don't have to be a member... just be yourself. I perform with chad zammuto, and just got back from recording with the amazing claire campbell of HOPE FOR A GOLDEN SUMMER (look em up). We called our project together "CREAM RINSE". I just love to make music with honest players, It has always kept me connected and inspired... word.

it's been a pretty productive yet "channel-surfy" year, so my music is all over the place right now. I love to write, especially with or for my friends, so things vary, like it or not, it's honest.
Grew up in the south, I travel a lot, I love: pain, food, music, and martial arts.
I'm a proud member of WOMAN [my band], THE STUNT PEOPLE, and I'm a member of myself... MATTT. When I'm not performing, I teach kung fu, and functional strength... let's see... I'm a hobby alchemist... I make GOLD RUSH colloidal gold, and love nutrition, superfoods, fulvic acid, anything that moves us towards our highest human potential, and our hearts true calling, whatever that is for you, that's what makes us/you beautiful... for real. you can also see me doing stunts, and fighting/conditioning workshops throughout the bay area and sometimes the country... I know it sounds like I'm busy, but I'm never too busy to goof off or exercise or rock you.
I don't know much more about myself although a woman once wrote this about me:
Mattt Lucas is a California-based guitar playing lyrical ninja stunt man who has been breaking things since he was seven, like boards and bricks. But then he learned how to break strings and hearts; his music is fueled with his in-the-moment sort of improvisation. The man just flew across the country and made an entire album of songs he wrote in an hour, he's off the cuff like that.
How am I? frustrated at myspace for not alerting my email with my myspace messages! I just got that! I'm going to try that marine phytoplankton next. Yay for superfoods! Are you planning a gig in Sac anytime soon?

Mattt with the triple t's You are so welcome, I really liked your music, both lyrically and, well, musically!
