   About Mr.B The Gentleman Rhymer
On a one-man mission to introduce Hip-Hop to the Queen's English, Mr. B is delighted to present Chap-Hop.

Having spent the best part of a decade bringing some manners back to popular culture, this dopest of fellows will entertain and amuse you with his ingenious stylings.

Aiming to dazzle with dignity, Mr. B takes to the stage with his Banjolele and stiff upper lip to perform ditties of pipe-smoking, high society, Cricket and sexual misadventure, as well as some more well-known pieces from the world of Hip-Hop, re-worked in true Chap-Hop fashion.

Undisputedly the baddest Edwardian in the music scene today, Mr. B’s unique blend of old-school breaks and period hooks is guaranteed to get any joint jumping. Having enjoyed numerous past successes, including a Banjolele performance at Fatboy Slim’s birthday party, being sole guardian of the gramophone at John Peel’s 60th, penning one of the biggest football songs of all time and spending time as a member of cult beat-combo 'The Schooner Boys', he has, more recently, successfully sneaked the track ‘A Piece Of My Mind' onto Japan’s Second Royal Records’ compilation album 'Second Royal - Volume 3' (released in August 2007), and is currently polishing off his debut album Flattery not Included, to be released later this year.

To order the imported 'Second Royal - Volume 3' and get the bally thing delivered, please do feel free... ORDER THIS JAPANESE ITEM, WHAT.

Dear B,
Splendid new video! I was sorry to miss your recital at the Sheridan party, I found myself in the posession of a rather large hangover following a wedding and had an early start Sunday. But next time! Hope all is well with you,

Fleur

Sir, the pleasure was all mine, especially since you didn't actually see me play... hopefully we will - no, dash it all - certainly we will meet again soon. I enjoyed your performance, it was for me a masterclass; something to aspire to. And a rare treat to meet such a capital chap as yourself and talk ukuleles.

Looking forward to the next occasion,

Lud, Lobby

I tried to peruse your new videotronic performications and found myself directed to a Japanese record emporium.
Is this a sign that you are big in Japan, or merely a slight technical mishappenstance?

Dear Mr B,

Further to my message on..er... some time earlier this year, upon mentioning your charming ditties to some work colleagues this week, it appears we have a mutual acquaintance! Numbering among said work mates is one Mr Mathew Prime esq. who I believe is a friend of your brother!

In other news, I hope to attend the Sheridan party so it will be lovely to hear you playing live!

Best,

Fleur
