As the OU chapter of Amnesty International, we are dedicated to promoting the impartial protection of human rights by
- providing opportunities for education and discussion to encourage awareness of human rights violations committed both internationally and domestically.
- meeting regularly to write letters and organize actions on behalf of victims of human rights violations.
- supporting organizations that improve the quality of life in our community.
We are a diverse group united by a common belief in the value of human rights and committed to maintaining a respectful environment that accepts people of all political, religious, and other beliefs.
We meet on Sunday evenings for alternating general and letter writing meetings.
