   About Sequoya
Sequoya was formed in 1999. We have just released our third record, Sleep and Dream of Fire. We recorded it at home in our dining room/studio over the past four years. You can purchase hard copies and mp3's at CD Baby. http://cdbaby.com/cd/sequoya and at Chaz's Bull City Records in Durham. Get mp3's from iTunes and Amazon.

If you would like to hear more just click on the reverbnation player below. You will find a much larger play list of our songs, including ones from our first release Like Water in 2000, and a brand new track from the new record called My Father.

I use a DP-01 as well, with a couple condenser mics and some sony headphones i borrowed from my friend which we sort of had to tape back together. but for mixing i just ran the audio outputs through the stereo which was so very helpful because in the past i had always done the mixing on headphones and once i'd moved the files to the computer and burnt them to disc they always sounded quite different.

Now, when I saw the message about Oprah.com, I didn't know if that was a joke or what, but was pleasantly surprised to hear yr beautiful music used in such a tasteful way.

Well...Oprah still kinda gives me the creeps, but...awesome, guys!!

Yes they are from my yard and they bloomed until the first freeze last Fall. I didn't prune it back this year so it's friggin' huge.
Now I stop everyday before and after work to "smell the roses"
