Biography:................................................................................................................... I Started the guitar at fifteen (1977). 1978-1980 The Nice conservatoire, just after that Monaco's jazz conservatoire, where I play once a month with the big band of the school. Philippe Soirat, Thierry Chauvet, Sylvia versini, Daniel Biro (sargasso), David Salkin, Frank taschini and many others were there at this moment. I followed dubble bass lessons and saxophone lessons at the "academie Prince RainierIII" at the same time. 80-82 Jazz conservatoire in Paris (CIM), guitar lessons with Pierre Cullaz and harmony with jef Gilson. I played concerts for different occasions with bands formed in the conservatoire. (in Courchevel, for example..) 83-85 I Played a lot with Amaury Filliard, Manu Chambo, Joseph Capelletti, philippe Brejon, Alain Asplanato,(for tellin' a few) in different bands and in different Jazz-festivals like Grasse, Brignoles, Lyon, Limoges, in many clubs too... 1985 I live in Belgium, some other studies, military service.. 1987 Back in music with the "KCB" (Kanza's city band"), with Herve Martens, Renoar Hadri, Thierry Gutmann, et Hughes Kanza (Soul Funk style). 1987-1991 I play in a lot of clubs, evenements, festivals with this band and others where I met Yvan Paduart, Da Romeo, Celine T'Hooft, Marat Araujo.... and .... others (many, many others....)! 1991-1994 Circus and Theater experience. I met the "Compagnie Pour Rire" and I learned many circus teschnics (I can blow the fire, for example...), i experimented a mix of music and theater, it was exciting!!!. We were on tour across Europa for years, In Helsinki International festival in 1992, among others. 1994-1997 Back in pure music. I play and record for many singers, work in studio and look after my own style, mixing writings and improvisations, I continue to play live too, (Cosy Band, with american drummer Freddy Starks). 1997 In October, first recording of my brand new compositions (three tiles demo), with Nicolas Fiszman on bass, and David Salkin on drums. 1998-1999 Play and play always! I composed 28 songs who made the repertoire of the band. Mixing style with rap, funk, jazz and rock. (Studios and recordings at the same time) 1999-2000 In december, the ninth, first concert at "le cercle" , Sablon's place in Brussels. (With Roman Korolic on bass and Laurent Mercier on drums) I was searching a production too. 2000-2001 Other compositions for a new album called" Montre moi ta robe rouge", wher I played every instrumens, compose, sings everything... 2002-2004 Concerts and I start back to give guitar lessons and stages. In 2005 I started to be the coordinator of the international contest "other songs" for the Euromed project: www.euromedcafe.org, it mixes singers of 35 countries for the inter-cultural dialog!!! 2005-2008 I finally found a concept closer to my jazz roots, and, taken by enthousiasm, I composed 60 titles, from where I choosed the songs you will hear now, if we come play for you... The concept is simple: dubble bass, drums, guitar and vocals. I have presented the project, and the "mogno music" label took it. The cd is out now! (you can hear 4 stitles while you read this words). The dubble bass player is Eric Fusillier, and the drummer Thierry Gutmann. Enjoy!!! And now.....
