The DreadNecks are BC (vocals, guitar, percussion) and Jason "Hambone" Williams (vocals, guitar, harmonica), an acoustic duo from North Carolina's Outer Banks. They recorded their debut album "rockreggaefunkfolkjazzblues" in Chesapeake, Va with a number of talented guests including: the rhythm section - Ed Tupper(bass) and Mole(drums), Hope Clayburn(alto saxophone, flute, and vocals), Tim Lett(trumpet), John Finney(tenor saxophone), Len Wishart(percussion), John Fornadley(drums), and p.twa(drums), E.J(guitar),Chris Baer(bass), V.(keys), and Teresa Feher(violin).
The band's original music combines influences from a wide variety of genres. The DreadNecks will be touring the Outer Banks and surrounding areas this Fall and Winter. They are often joined onstage by Mole & Ed Tupper, percussionist John McEwen, saxophonist John Finney and other special guests. Their energetic live shows are not to be missed.
