MySpace a place for friends

F.E.E.L. is a project by Joss Veidmann, who is a composer, a performer and an arranger.

The story started in 2005 when Joss made sound recordings for a friend who was a sound engineer student.
He wanted to put guitar riffs and other bass lines in his recordings, so he called two other musicians Fabrice Camus (Cam's) and Benoit Jung. However, because of musical differences, the project stopped.

He decided then to set up his own project and called for Cam's (AKA: Fabrice Camus) to get help for the guitars.Cam's had to make a break at that time because of wrist problems.
However, he left his equipment at Joss, who took the opportunity to start learning the guitar. After eight months practising, Joss composed "For" but since he wasn't satisfied with it, he started to listen to a lot of different musics to get influences out of them such as "Strapping young lad", "King's X", "Zakk Wylde" and many others.

Then came the titles "Every", "Emotion" and "Left" and they were used to give support to a show.
After changing style, more guitar practising and a change in the tunings used, other titles were composed.

In November 2006, F.E.E.L. opened his own blog.
An old friend, Skanzo (Michaël Leger) helped out then to create a graphic universe for F.E.E.L.'s Myspace.

At the same time, an EP is being created.
Hopefully, thanks to F.E.E.L.'s Myspace page, Alain from "Studio 33" got to know the project, supported it and took part in the mastering of the EP through the web.

L'histoire commença en 2005, lorsque Joss effectua des prises sons pour un ami élève ingénieur du son.
Il eut envie de poser des riffs de guitare et autres lignes de basses sur ces prises et fit appel à deux autres musiciens, Fabrice Camus (Cam's) et Benoit Jung, pour celà. Cependant suite à des divergences musicales, le projet s'arrêta.

Il décida de monter alors son propre projet et s'adressa à Cam's (AKA : Fabrice Camus) afin d'obtenir de l'aide pour les guitares. Cam's souffrant du poignet à cette époque dû faire un break.
Cependant il laissa son matériel chez Joss, qui en profita pour commencer la guitare.
Au bout de 8 mois de pratique, Joss composa "For", mais insatisfait du résultat, il commença à écouter beaucoup de musiques pour pouvoir en tirer des influences, comme des groupes tel "Strapping Young Lad", "King's X", "Zakk Wylde" et bien d'autres.

Les titres "Every", "Emotion" et "Left" suivirent et furent utilisés comme accompagnement d'un spectacle.
Suite à un changement de style, plus de pratique à la guitare et un changement dans les accordages utilisés : d'autres titres ont vu le jour.

Novembre 2006 : ouverture du blog F.E.E.L.
Un ami de longue date, Skanzo (Michaël Leger), aida alors à créer un univers graphique pour le Myspace de F.E.E.L.

Pendant ce temps, la création d'un EP est en cours.
Heureusement, la page Myspace de F.E.E.L. permis de faire la connaissance d'Alain de "Studio 33", qui soutena le projet et participe au mastering de l'EP. Tout le travail transitant par le biais d'internet.
