As Low Technicians, we have been creating electronic oriented music since 1999. Originally rooted in experimental/glitchy ebm with a hint of pop melodicism, our music through the years has become a hybrid of dance/electronic and guitar driven rock/pop. Our line-up has changed occasionally over the years, at times including live bass and drums, but always at the heart is the duo of Brad MacAllister(also of "CTRL") and Brian Pearson(live guitarist for "Iris"), two transplanted Pennsylvanians who met in Austin, Texas.
We are currently working on a second full-length recording reflecting our continued desire to meld the drive of modern electronic music with the form and melodicism of pop and rock. Look for previews here as they become available and thanks to those who have continued to support LowTech over the years.
