MUGGLE: Patrick Wolf, the Cure, Regina Spektor, the Smashing Pumpkins, the Smiths, the Dresden Dolls, Rasputina, Emilie Autumn, etc. TEXTUAL: JKR, obviously, and also Philip Pullman, the Brontës, Neil Gaiman, Susanna Clarke, Diana Wynne Jones... I love Pratchett but I'm not witty so it doesn't show. Read books!

About Split Seven Ways [NOW ON iTUNES!]

"...a musical dementor..." - Jack from Peeved

After 8 years of being a Potter fan, I finally got a computer with a microphone and music software and joined the wrock revolution. Split Seven Ways was the result. The songs are sometimes fun, usually tragic, but I hope you like them.

There are two side-projects - Malfoy Manor, which concentrates on the electronic side of things, and Pansy & The Gossip Queens, which is theoretically funny, as well as a muggle music side-project called Zoë's Adventures Under Ground, so check them out too!

(If you don't know what that means, it's the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender parties.) Today is the Day of Silence, and I think it's a great kick off for this fundraiser. People are highly influenced by the power of music, and by the power of books. What does that mean? Wizard Rock. We are going to have a large get together where we are playing Wizard Rock music, watching Harry Potter, etc. All the money we earn is going to be donated to support these groups of people. If any of you have any clothing merchandise, or new - and affordable - c.d. 's, please message me, so I can purchase them from you and we can auction them off at this event!
