This is the ideology behind Sleeping On Your Style, the highly anticipated debut album release from Thundamentals.
Since dropping their self-titled EP in September 08 the Thundamentals brain trust of DJ Morgs, Tommy Fiasko, Jeswon and Tuka have been more productive than ever before.
After receiving critical acclaim from street press such as Drum Media, 3D world and lifestyle magazine Ralph, the boys took out ozhiphop.com’s “Best EP of 08” award.
The past year has also seen Thundamentals gig extensively across Australia with the likes of Pegz, Urthboy, Spit Syndicate and Dialectrix, to name just a few.
Their growing reputation as inspired performers led to the crew being handpicked by Sydney heavyweights Astronomy Class, to accompany them on their “Where You At?” national tour.
Touring gave the band a chance to showcase their impeccable live show to a fresh new audience, all the while writing their debut full length album Sleeping On Your Style, just in time for a summer 09 release.
The rest of the year will see Thundamentals performing as part of the legendary Obese Block Party before embarking on their own national headline tour.

stoked to find out about the album launch - its all a tad vague, sitting on the curb with my mate puking to my left & a random up for the chatskys to my right... I had to double-check my handbag for the flyer the next morning to make sure i hadn't dreamt the conversation... haha b-to-the-lotto!!
