After two months of isolation in the foreboding East German forest village of Böblitz, Tim McMillan Band have returned to Oz with a brand new genre. To celebrate their invention of Goblincore, they will be hosting a Sunday afternoon ’Genre Launch’ with special guests The Bedroom Philosopher, Ümlaut (feat. Bär Mckinnon of Mr Bungle/Secret Chiefs 3) and Yelka Ishmakovic. Stylistically sitting somewhere between Acoustic Viking Metal, Cabaret Shred and Fingerstyle Obnoxia, expect to be delivered a barrage of goblin inspired guitar-based melodic mayhem from the heart of Rancho Frankstonio. Great to meet you last night. Don't forget man, if you need me to give you any tips on strumming techniques or perhaps a few chords... don't be afraid to ask;o/ You could do this for a living with a bit of practice.. ha ha
